I ordered a few skincare things from The Inkey List, and to be fair, everything in the box was exactly what I chose online. I’m always a bit wary when brands make the ordering process sound too smooth and perfect, but this one was straightforward.

No missing items, no random swaps, and none of the usual “close enough” mistakes that can happen with skincare orders. The sizes and labels all matched too, which I appreciated because I don’t really want to be decoding a customer service reply later.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the package looked a little squashed when it arrived, so it didn’t exactly scream careful handling. Nothing was damaged though, and the actual order was accurate, so overall it was fine

They helped me figure out which products to get, which was nice because I get overwhelmed with that stuff. The routine feels easier now, and I liked the recommendations. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, but overall it was a good experience

The return process went okay overall. It took a little longer than I expected to get the refund, but everything did go through in the end, so I can’t complain too much

My first reaction was, oh nice, this is simple. The site was easy to move around and I found what I needed quickly without overthinking it. Checkout was fine too. The only thing that bugged me a little was that a few pages loaded slower than I expected.

I’ve been happy with it so far. The prices feel fair, and the products have lasted me a decent amount of time. Compared to some other skincare I’ve tried, it feels like you get good value for what you pay. I’d say it’s worth checking out if you’re looking for something reasonably priced.

I’ve been trying a few things from The Inkey List lately, and most of them have been working out better than I expected. My skin is sensitive but also kind of combo, which is annoying, so I’m always a little nervous trying new stuff. But so far, no irritation or weird reaction, which is a win. The oat cleanser was probably my favorite, it felt gentle and didn’t leave my face feeling tight. One of the serums was a bit sticky though, not terrible, just noticeable. I still used it. Overall I’m happy with what I tried, although I do wish the product info was a little clearer sometimes because I kept second guessing what to use and when.

I’ve ordered from theinkeylist.com twice now, and both times my stuff showed up when they said it would. I was kind of in a rush to get my order, so I kept checking the tracking, but it didn’t update as quickly as I’d hoped. One of the boxes arrived a little dented, but everything inside was totally fine. I’d order again

I picked up a couple of things from The Inkey List, the textures are "really" nice. Nothing feels heavy or sticky, which is a big deal for me because I can’t stand that feeling on my skin.
They sink in quickly too, even when I use them under moisturiser. My skin just feels comfy after, not greasy. They’re simple products, but they do exactly what I wanted.

I like that I don’t have to guess what’s in it. The ingredients are simple and easy to read, if that makes sense.

I tried a few dry skin products from The Inkey List and, they were okay. Like, I’m totally calm about it, but I did expect my face to stay hydrated a little longer. Right after applying everything, my skin felt better, but by the afternoon it was back to feeling tight again, which was a tiny bit frustrating. For the price, it’s not terrible, so I can’t be too mad. Shipping was normal and the website was easy enough to use. I just hoped the products would do a bit more.

I like some of their basics, and the prices are good, but the range feels limited. I was hoping for more options for different skin issues, but it’s mostly the same kind of stuff. Decent, just not enough variety for me.

I tried it out and didnt see much of a difference. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it was underwhelming.

I gave a few of these blemish products a try, hoping they’d finally put my acne in its place, but nope — my skin basically said, “nice try, buddy.” It got a little dry, and those annoying spots still came back like stubborn little pests. Shipping was totally fine, no complaints there, but the results were disappointing for me

I was feeling pressured to get this quickly, so I was relieved when it showed up so fast. Got it way sooner than I expected

I was in a decent mood when the package showed up, it was packed well. Everything came in a neat box with no leaks or broken items. The outer box did have a small dent, but the products inside were totally fine. Nothing fancy, but it felt safe and tidy enough. I’d give it 4 stars...
